Besties turned business owners, Judy and Ryan, can’t catch a break, trying to get literally anyone to take their little corporate improv team building company seriously.
Step into the uproarious world of Collaborate & Listen, a side-splitting workplace comedy. The story follows best friends Ryan and Judy, and a diverse group of Chicago comedians, as they navigate the challenges of running a fledgling improv team-building company. Every workshop is a hard-fought victory, but their bond is tested when Ryan finds herself entangled with fellow teammate and co-worker, Maggie. Get ready for a rollercoaster of laughter, awkward workshops, queer romance, and a little bit of drama in this quick-witted and genuinely funny web series.

Collaborate & Listen brings audiences into the world of Chicago comedy and its understated, unique, and quirky relationship with Corporate America.
Rosie Moan and Cristy von are the creators and stars of Collaborate & Listen. They met doing improv in Chicago and began working together teaching improv to Corporate America. Both as ridiculous and hilarious as it sounds. They were inspired by their experiences and created Collaborate & Listen.
They started writing together in January 2021 and staged a reading of our Pilot at the iconic Chicago Comedy theatre and bar, The Annoyance Theater, where we also shot much of the series.
In 2022, the Pilot script was chosen as a finalist in the “PitchFest” competition hosted by “SeriesFest” at the Second City.
Earlier this year the C&L team did an initial fundraiser for the production of the film that raised about $32,000 thanks to the networks and communities generous enough to contribute to the project. This initial raise was able to cover production but why we’re here today is because we need to raise the very last bit to finish post-production.
We are always looking for more support! If we could raise an additional $3,000 it would go towards the efforts of our post-production team!
If we raised even MORE, the production team will be able to fund more submissions to film festivals and save for the next round of production to finish the whole series.
